Another of the set of three dummies for a wedding fayre. A few ideas which had been hanging about in my head for a while, particularly the bottom tier with the “victorian lamp-post” design on the bottom. Some demonstration of piping work, some stencilling, more practice in making roses and the first use of a mould for cake lace which I had picked up on a whim hoping for a use for it – this is the railings and gate on the top tier. I also tried using a different shape for one of the tiers and was very happy with the result and the overall look of the cake.
