A simple but effective wedding cake – three tiers, in this case 10″, 7″ and 4″ – with all edible decoration including handmade sugarpaste roses and edible ribbon. All tiers are vanilla sponge.
This is my budget, entry level, wedding cake, providing around 60 portions (in sponge, more for fruit) suitable for a smaller wedding. Colours can be matched as closely as possible with fabric swatches or similar to suit the theme of your wedding.
