Not a golden wedding, but a 5oth birthday. The brief was left quite open for me to try something new, which was to completely airbrush a metallic colour onto a cake. The stipulation from the customer was the quilted effect on the bottom tier, gold, and some flowers, and otherwise the design was up to me. I loved how this came out. The flower on top of the cake had flakes of real gold leaf.
